A medical and discreet
approach to sexual health
and intimate wellness
Sexual health is an important component of overall well-being, confidence, and quality of life at every stage of adulthood. Many men and women experience changes related to aging, hormonal shifts, childbirth, medical conditions, or stress that can affect sexual function, comfort, or urinary health.
With Dr Azoulay, sexual health treatments are approached from a medical and functional perspective, with a focus on safety, discretion, and individualized care. Each consultation includes a thorough medical assessment to identify underlying contributing factors and to determine whether treatment is appropriate.
Our goal is to restore comfort, function, and confidence using evidence-based medical and regenerative therapies in a professional and respectful environment.
Services
Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT)
Medical evaluation and treatment for men with symptoms of testosterone deficiency, including low energy, reduced libido, decreased muscle mass, mood changes, and sexual dysfunction. Treatment plans include appropriate laboratory evaluation, ongoing monitoring, and individualized dosing to optimize safety and outcomes.
Male Sexual Dysfunction Treatment
Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy uses the patient’s own growth factors to support tissue health and vascular function. This treatment may be considered for men experiencing erectile dysfunction or reduced sexual performance, particularly when vascular factors contribute to symptoms.
Laser Treatment for Urinary Incontinence
Non-surgical laser therapy designed to improve mild stress urinary incontinence by promoting collagen remodeling and tissue support. This treatment may be appropriate for women experiencing urinary leakage associated with aging, childbirth, or hormonal changes.
Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation
Laser-based treatments aimed at improving vaginal tissue health, lubrication, and comfort. Patients may seek treatment for symptoms such as vaginal dryness, decreased elasticity, or discomfort during intimacy, particularly during the perimenopausal or menopausal transition.
Intravaginal PRP Therapy
PRP therapy may be used to support tissue regeneration and improve symptoms such as vaginal dryness, decreased sensitivity, or discomfort. Treatments are individualized based on patient concerns and medical assessment.
Intravaginal Hyaluronic Acid (HA) Treatments & Labial Augmentation
Hyaluronic acid fillers may be used to restore volume, improve hydration, or address age-related or post-childbirth anatomical changes. Treatments may be performed for functional comfort or aesthetic concerns following a detailed consultation.
Botulinum Toxin Treatment for Vaginismus
Vaginismus is a condition where the muscles at the entrance of the vagina tighten involuntarily, making penetration painful or sometimes impossible. This can affect sexual activity, gynecologic examinations, or tampon use, and is often associated with muscle tension rather than a structural problem.
Botulinum toxin injections may be used in selected cases to help temporarily relax these muscles. By reducing involuntary muscle contraction, treatment can help decrease pain and allow gradual improvement in comfort.
All treatments are performed following medical evaluation. Results vary between individuals. Some treatments described may not be suitable for all patients and are not intended to replace medical or surgical care when indicated.
